    Whilst I'm a fan of Sollbauer's, I'm not entirely surprised considering the number of centre halves we have. He's in his 30s too and has little resale value. If we've got an offer on the table for him now, it wouldn't be the end of the world of we moved him on. It would be with a heavy heart of course, as Solly was imperative in keeping us in this division the season before last.

    If that turns out to be true it'll be a huge own goal by the club. As funnyfella says, more likely fringe players like Miller?

    Nothing to do with Markus Schopp , obviously his age is the big factor.

    With players like Jasper Moon and Liam Kitching I can see why

    Myself personally, I hope its not true. He is a good leader and can help the younger defenders.

    For me it would be nonsensical. Got champ experience and as you say help younger lads. While we can look forward to Sibbick and Kitching developing, unless he is a high earner (prob) then not sure why we going a little light. Suppose year left and that’s the model…

    Maybe club is both confident no one in for other centre halves and move to 4 at the back? Think our players suit 3512 though.
