Interesting article in 'The I' by him comparing leadership qualities of Southgate and lacking in Bojo. Also politicos bathing in the reflected glory of the England team and trying to affiliate themselves with the current success. Here's a quote: "The Prime Minister Boris Johnson could “learn” from Southgate’s leadership. . . the [Priti] Patels and [Boris] Johnsons of this world think white working-class English voters don’t like to see players take the knee and don’t speak out when players are booed. . . . . and then they put white England shirts over their suits. I hate the hypocrisy. Wearing an England top over a shirt and tie is a crime against humanity.”
Watching Last Leg last night and Akex Brooker was saying how he met him recently and when he was introduced to him he said we've met before, you were doing work experience at the BBC 2011. Impressive.
Even Baron Warsi on the last Leg last night found the England thing embarrassing . She's alright for a Tory lol
I disagree with him about a fair bit (I bet there is a fair bit I agree with him on though) but I quite like him. Not sure why that is.
