What’s a memory, experience or claim to fame you have that sounds far-fetched?

I walked the Coast to Coast with Wendy James’ boyfriend - and had a chat with her most evenings.

I once did a breakdance routine with Keith Allen.

It was at a soul / jazz club in Leeds in the late 90's.

Had a coffee stood next to Pavel Nedved at Turin airport.
An 8 year old 6ozJoe, who was a great fan and was wearing his prized Juve shirt stood there in silence, beaming the biggest smile at him I've ever seen. Gave the lad his autograph and ruffled his hair- which wasn't washed for a week.

Had a chat with Paul McCartney about Vermeer & Rembrandt at Kenwood House in London. Where I worked & he occasionally visited.
That’s half hour of my life, I’m never getting back..

Hey! That chicken was a nobody till I plucked it from obscurity and gave her the lofty title, Pharaoh Daphne. I believe that makes her the only Irish Pharaoh in living history...well obviously not her, living history, but still.

Copped off with David Essex’s daughter in the Limelight one time. She mistook me from a bloke from a different band & it was too loud to put her straight. Not proud of it..

I can, reluctantly, confirm that she did mummify a chicken.
Sometimes I find it hard to sleep at night.

The United States has the most tornadoes of any country, as well as the strongest and most violent tornadoes. ... However, the UK has the most tornadoes per area per year, 0.14 per 1000 km2, although these tornadoes are generally weak, and many other European countries have a similar number of tornadoes per area.

Hardly anything exciting, was working in Portsmouth Naval Base up until 18mths ago. Cooked for a fair few so called celebs as they used to invite them to functions. John Virgo, Eddie the Eagle, Bob Wilson, Grahame Bell, to name but a few. They always used to pop into the kitchen afterwards and we’re always happy to have photo’s with us. Was meant to have Jermaine Defoe, he was injured at the time, but Rangers wouldn’t allow to fly.

Worked onboard doing the food for 3000 on the new Prince of Wales Carrier for it’s commissioning ceremony. Charles & Camilla onboard for it. 10 days later, cooked Xmas dinner on the Queen Elizabeth for 500 in the hangar.
