After watching today's matches I think I'm a convert, which I honestly never expected. I think a lot of it might come from the fact that I've got a team to follow, which I know won't apply to many on here, but it's a huge amount of fun. The ebbs and flows in that Birmingham - London game were very different to those that you'd find in any other form of cricket, but I found it absolutely exhilarating. Looking at things on a ball-by-ball rather than over-by-over basis changes the experience massively.
Early days but Trent Rockets will take some stopping with Root, Malan and Hales. The world's best spinner Rashid Khan as well.
I’ve got some freebies for tomorrow’s Hundred at Old Trafford - feel free to PM me if you want a spare pair.
Our women won after being 19/4 in the chase thanks to a unbeaten hundred partnership. Some going that... https://www.espncricinfo.com/series...h-fire-women-4th-match-1252703/full-scorecard
I'm really turn watching Bairstow against the Superchargers. Looking forward to seeing Harry Brook bat. Surely he can't be far from an England call up.
watched quite a few of them, the graphics are still awful but whilst not getting used them but living with it also the format, if you don't try to keep count of balls per over/set and just look at runs and balls left it's pretty much the same as t20 and a lyth duck will confirm the similarities later
Shame. Great match though. Barring the weird graphics, not really seeing a difference from T20 though
Before the tournament these two sides were down as the whipping boys of the tournament with Welsh Fire the outsiders and us next. Brook needs to be going to Australia for the Ashes tour.
