    Due to unforseen circumstances I am having to sell my season ticket.. obviously it is with an heavy heart.

    If anyone is interested then please let me know, obviously I will transfer the name and other details when someone buys it.

    Given the club have paused season ticket sales wont they refund it given the season hasn't yet started.

    Think you should consider not buying them in future.
    As you have been advised before you can't sell it on.
    Given the home season hasn't started yet if you are actually serious just speak to the club. If you explain what the circumstances are I would wager they would refund you.

    Well put it another way. It's against the T's & C's to sell it on, and the club may not always to happy to transfer the details over(as is their right under the terms of the ticket).

    Which is fair enough. But maybe they did it as a one off, good will, kind of thing. If it happens more often, they may take a dim view to it.

    Re-selling you season ticket is breaking your t's & c's.

    Yes the club will likely allow you to transfer it over to someone because as it turns out the folks down at Oakwell are helpful bunch.
    Just find it odd you keep wanting to sell your ticket. I would consider not buying one if the go to repsonse is to sell it.
    Is the situation you need the money or are no longer able to attend?

    They may be happy to do it once, but I can't imagine them being happy if it is even a semi-regular occurrence.
