Paid for postage, now received email saying 'season ticket ready to collect'. Anyone else had this? Tried box office but no answer. TIA.
Yes but I'd also like the physical ticket. The email says the membership card is now ready for collection, but I chose the option to have it posted out, and paid extra for the postage so I'm a bit confused..
Paid for mine to be posted a few years ago and it didn't turn up - went to box office where it was sat in a torn envelope. Only happened once to be fair out of 20+ seasons of having one
I’m sure if you ring the box office they’ll sort you out. But as you have the e-ticket, there’s no risk in picking it up at the first game
I believe that your old one will be updated/re-activated unless you request a new one, changed seats et cetera.
I paid for mine posting and received it in the post about 2 weeks ago so I’d imagine yours has just been stuck on the wrong pile.
Updated. unless criteria changed. Eg. To a reserved +. Assume you mean you also updated to 20/21 btw.
My parents and brother have been sent a new one. I rang up to see whether I'd been sent one (to the wrong address) but I was assured it had been loaded onto my old card. Not sure why mine was and my parents wasn't? I can understand it with my brother as he's upgraded to a RR+ but my parents have the same grade ticket as before. But, so long as I can get in on Saturday, I'm happy.
Bit of confusion with them not knowing if it had been posted out or not. Kept waiting 40 minutes but eventually they decided to print a new one. All sorted now, thanks all.
Janie lost her pass. I went down today, short wait while a bloke in front of me bought 4 season tickets and the lady printed a new pass and issued our shirts in a couple of minutes.
