    Just checked my emails to find out what crack is with season tickets, allegedly been loaded to last seasons card, it also specifies will receive an electronic version no idea when this will land but only two days to first match ?
    I also saw a thread about something or other and it mentioned a questionnaire, I vaguely remember seeing something about this but cant find it.

    If you've not changed seat or category your old season ticket will be fine. As to the e ticket, I'm getting my kids to sort that out for me on my phone!

    Got my e-ticket couple of weeks ago and put it in my Apple Wallet straight away. Can’t wait to see if it works on Saturday. I’ll take the card just in case!

    Emails about e ticket were sent out last week in July. If you're going to use your card like normal it's nothing to worry about.

    Goes onto Google pay or your appleEiWalletPurse thing if you're that way inclined.

    Just done mine now and got the same message. Summat's up with my account though, hope ticket master get it sorted!

    All this modern technological clap trap. Just bring back books where you rip out a paper ticket when accessing the ground. Much simpler times!

    I received my electronic version on 28th July. Unfortunately I don't have G-pay or Apple wallet so I plan to be at Oakwell early on Saturday and collect my card.

    I get the same message. I've mastered previous phone technological advances, but this has left me flummoxed. Think the card will be my saviour.

    Had e-ticket sent by email a couple of weeks ago. Same email said my actual ticket was ready to collect from box office, picked it up the other day.
    I'd check with club if you don't want stopping at the gate on Saturday mate!

    Yeah nice yo have another option though plus my card was never used last year so will have to try and find it. May end up with wrong card?

    Might be that you're trying to open it with Google rather than Safari. Just had the same issue and opening on Safari added it to my wallet straight away.

    Seems daft that I can't use Google to download into Google pay!
