    The silence is deafening on these players. Not even mentioned in any interview I've heard & I generally scan them all. At the moment we are seriously lacking up front till Morris is back. A bit weird why they are not even mentioned. I was excited by the signings at the time. Now I'm just a bit puzzled. Cole looks way off the pace as yet. As it stands I'd play Victor, Cauley & Frieser up front, but that is hardly a goal machine.

    I believe that our head coach thinks that he can only expect loyalty from his players if he too is loyal to them, and that means all of them. He defines that as, a player continues to be in his plans for as long as he is giving his best and is producing a performance. The other thing is that another player must be demonstrating to him, and everyone about him, that he is a better choice for a position than the present incumbent. Many on the BBS disagree. Many think that the coach is just there to pick the team, choose the tactics and motivate the players, but I believe there is more to it than that. You have to be able to look yourself in the mirror and convince yourself that your motives for making a decision between two players was more than player 1 failed so I thought that I would give player 2 a try. I hope so anyway.

    How can they be that unfit they can't manage 20 mins off the bench. We're talking about professional footballers not bloody Sunday league! It's a bizarre situation.

    I know for a fact atleast one of the Belgians is still waiting for visa approval, so i'm not quite sure why the club are using the 'not fit' excuse. It's a shambles.

    So why can they both be seen on the training pitch with the 1st team wearing full team kit. That’s deemed as employment? If there was a Visa issue, surely he’d have to stay in the local park?

    I could train with Real Madrid this weekend. Doesn't mean the Spanish government would award me a Visa straight away or that I'd get international clearance from FIFA to play in La Liga.

    If he is waiting for them to get used to playing his system I think he should take half the team to one side as they don’t know what system to play.
