I noticed we don't try long throws anymore. Freiser always used to take them, but I didn't see him take one in the last 2 games.
He'd have some making up to do with Prince Abdullah first. Wilder pissed a lot of money up the wall last season (£24m on Brewster being one example) and wanted to spend a lot more in January. Prince Abdullah didn't trust him and said no. The thing with Wilder is that he seems to want overall control over all footballing matters where a lot of clubs nowadays appoint a head coach and leave transfers up to others with some input from the coaching team. Be interesting to see where he goes next.
Thats why he didn't get the west brom role as he wanted total control in transfers west brom wernt keen on that and took big val instead.
I think even without the physicality we would benefit from playing with any sort of a press, hurrying the opposition into mistakes. We have legs up top in Oduour and Frieser, and runners in midfield, but everything seems so pedestrian so far this season
Yeah he had a throw on him. I like how Dom takes them when he sometimes goes into the West stand for a better run up.
