    Only because of injuries and work permits. Once everyone is back we will have guys not making the bench who will feel hard done by. Schopp will be asked where certain players are with people thinking someone is injured or got covid when it will be tactical reasons.

    Say we sign Bell who does he come in for? You don't spend half a million on a bench warmer. Romal is too good to be dropped. Benson cost a fair bit by our standards and came from the Premier League. Kane when fit surely needs to be a regular to justify his seven figure fee? Can't drop Fridge.

    It wouldn’t surprise me if we go with a 3 centre midfield system after the international break. Could go to a 3-5-2 or to Schopp’s preferred 4-2-3-1

    Yeah and he's blowing out of his arse after 60 minutes. We need someone who can match his intensity for 90 minutes.

    End of this season so yes we either need to get him signed up or sold in the winter transfer window because I don't want us losing another star player for nothing. Hope he does sign back up. I think the reason he gets subbed a lot is because he's already on a yellow card and we don't want him sent off. I don't think it's to do with him being unable to last a full game fitness wise.

    I spy a formation change to 3-5-2 with holding midfielder allowing Benson and Palmer to get forwards more and keeping Brittain and Styles out wide. Either that, or we are using money from a possible Callum Styles sale - I hope not the latter, but hey-ho! Looks good in the video.

    I think Benson might be decent in that deeper role, picking up the ball deep and spraying it around. More Mattheus than Makele, but still allowing the other midfielders/wing backs to get forward.

    You need more than 18 players in the squad, so there will be players don’t make the bench. We had two centre backs playing in midfield against qpr, so fair to say a new CM is needed.

    Looked injured to me when he came off against qpr. Been our best player so far this season imo I think we just need to get him fit and to a condition where he can do 90 mins same with Benson, the problem we have is with kane injured if we drop Benson or palmer we have halme or moon starting.
