I used the e-ticket on my phone & it worked fine, spoke to afew in ground who had there tickets took off them & they’re having new ones posted out
Lass on turnstyle said mine wouldn't scan, told me to leave it and I'll get a new one posted before next home game.. I told her it had scanned ok for the previous 2 home games. It's not a new card.
this could lead to a safety issue needs sorting,reckon you could get in with any old thing you printed off, the turnstile folk shouldn't have to deal with the stress
That's a bit concerning for the rest of us who haven't had any problems. Apart from sacrificing an extra 45 minutes of our lives getting in and away from Oakwell of course. Does anyone at the club care about this?
I think they’re planning on changing the cards from the barcode they have on them at the moment & putting on a qr code instead. I think the e-tickets have QR codes & I believe they work fine
I have google pay / qr code / e ticket on my phone, Was going to try my phone but thought with the queues I'd use my card as it had worked previous 2 home games.
It's the season tickets not working. Hopefully now threads taken our cards it will be sorted for the next game.
