I have been contemplating and i don't think i can remember being as confused as i am right now. One minute we have a deal lined up for Dike next thing we run a mile and cant afford him. Same time we lose our central mid and release the experience of Solly. Then we start the new season. we know the issues with Visas and hope this solves the lightweight forward line. But we have a totally unbalanced match day squad. No midfielder and loads of defenders. Ok so we have what we have but then we look unbelievably unfit. We seemed to drift out of the game in centre mid straight after their goal and never really had any control through rest of game. We have a makeshift forward in Oduor but dont give any minutes to Thompson. im no sure if we are fit or not. If we have players available. If Schopp has made his mind up that some don't fit. If he has any idea what he gets with the new strikers. I dont know if we will look at experience or not. im pleased with points count, but dont know what to expect next
One of the problems with changing managers is that all players get a clean slate so to speak.....that’s why Odour gets another a chance that he should not get...... he must impress in training but we need get rid he not good or strong enough am afraid!
I agree, think game time will only improve him and wasn't he they one that the Leeds fans were most upset to lose?
I thought he was the best of the front 3 today. Set up on goal should gave set up a second if Styles hadn’t messed it up. Was through until “legally” flattened by Roberts and was also going o be through till the ref pulled up for their foul throw. But we are really missing Dike and Morris. And to a lesser extent Chaplin. These Belgians had better be good
Totally agree he will only benefit from playing and if he ends up on the bench when the Belgians are fit he could be a very useful sub to bring on.
I thought positionally he was poor and his control let him down on a couple of occasions. Think he looks pretty poor myself.
