    They are 6th in the Turkish top flight and their transfer window shuts today. Apparently he wants to go and it could be a loan first. I would usually say there will be nothing in it, but the website has three quarters of a million Twitter followers so it's not some fan account saying it.....

    We have a lot of attacking options and haven't sold anyone in this window for good money to keep our finances ticking over. I don't want him to go and not saying he will be off, but it wouldn't be a shock.

    Why would he want to go when he's been playing well here? Can't see anything coming of it.

    I'd let him go. Once the Belgian lads are fit and Morris is back he'll struggle to hold down a place.

    I don't think we have a lot of attacking options. Looking forward to seeing the 2 Belgians, but what if they're not good enough for the championship? It's Woodrow, Frieser and hopefully Iseka. Cole, big Vic and Oduour not the answer at the moment.

    We haven't even seen these Belgian lads play yet! Frieser is going into his second season where he has started most games.

    Frieser has made a good start to the season, but it’s hard to see him hitting double figures, even if he played every week.

    I’d be tempted to cash in if it’s a decent offer, but it would leave us very exposed if the Belgians aren’t up to scratch.

    I don't think we'd let Frieser go. He's an important player for us now.

    The article also says it's a loan - why would we agree to that? Mentions "may add a transfer clause" but he's in the last year of his contract.

    We expect the two Belgium lads to do the business and Cole to get better with time. We don't want to lose him for nothing next summer and I haven't seen anything in the press to say we've opened up contract talks with him, so we will be open to the idea of him going to Altay.

    Harsh. He's scored some vital goals and he does everything asked of him.

    I rate Frieser, definitely more of an asset than a hindrance.
