    From Lebanon, supports Inter Milan and loves Ski Diving. I find stuff like that far more interesting to know than asking the latest CEO the same stuff many before him have been asked that still hasn't been implemented (getting north stand full capacity again, knocking down the west stand, being able to play our biggest derbies at 3 pm on a Saturday).

    Gave a presentation /video on himself. He's a war refugee. Lebanese father. Czech mother. Lived in USA 12 years. Speaks English / Swedish / Czech / Arabic and ok Spanish. Sky Diver. Motor cyclist but it got stolen and she said no. His wife isnt here so may buy one now. Spent 6 years at Man City. Has a wife and two daughters.
    Explained that his announcement was very early. He was on gardening leave. Man City game enabled him to get started here sooner as they needed a game. He hopes we can play City every summer.

    When he walked into the office the first thing he wrote on the board is impossible is nothing. Honour to lead a club like Barnsley. Wants eveyone at the club believe we can be the giants. Understand small resources, bunch of problems. Be positive and you will become the problem solver. Wants to be transparent. This meeting is where the transparancy starts. Will give us whatever he is able to.
    Will I make mistakes. Yes but will be honest and say I'm sorry when he gets thing wrong.
    Man city was amazing every day. We have a problem. We ask for money, money comes.
    He wants to everyone at the club to do the best they can to their ability.

    I’ll judge him on what he does, not what he says. On and off the pitch we’re going downhill fast, so he’s got plenty to get stuck into.

    He hasn't said owt different to most CEO's say when they're appointed. If you're glass half full it's a great read. It you're glass half empty it's a meh one. If I read it after wins v Forest and Millwall with us sat 13th in the league. He's best thing since sliced bread. If we lose or draw not so.

    What do I know from the interview that changes the way I view Barnsley F.C?
