    It needs someone to fire up the crowd like Dike tried last season, engaging with them, raising the atmosphere, raising the players' game. I've just seen what looked like Woodrow ironically clapping the Ponty End following groans from his mis-control but I don't think that counts.

    we've been poor today but this ref is awful. every dive by millwall rewarded, every shirt pull by them ignored. should have had at least 3 penalties today. or is getting a handful of shirt in the box just 'bants' now?
