I think this is somewhat 2 fold as they say. Cheaper to not repair straight away, spare capacity elsewhere, and also lack of stewards.

    I’m gutted tbf. I’ve got to move…..

I would but after my last poll, I'd have people questioning my definition of West (See original poll on manager being sacked)

Not to mention the ten of millions of squids needed to build one.

I'd do it but it keeps throwing an error message.

I mean, we know the answer tbf - if it means The Conway Gang banging their hands in their pocket, the answer is a firm no.

Be reight? Forget revenue and shifting fans , we are now a championship club with only 2 stands with home supporters when we are at home, its a joke.
Clubs going backwards at an alarming speed. What a load of sheeeeite.

Our new owners always said they wouldn’t anything radical and on the face of it they haven’t done anything got all the hallmarks of their tenure at Nice.

That’s a really good point Helen, and one I hadn’t considered. So, perhaps the current owners could explain exactly how the alleged covenant didn’t apply to them, and if it did, how they managed to secure indemnity when the football club owners claim that they can’t.

Time for a new stadium, East Stand will be next...30 years old...no ones going to put significant money into a new stand, as we'll be replacing the other 3 in turn - might as well right fk on the stadium and build a new one.

No different to the last ownership regards West Stand imo it’s been deteriorating for years .
It needs sorting and ideas going forward need addressing instead of kicking it into the long grass s it has been since refurbishment of rest of ground .
The rise in players wages and transfer fees has almost taken most revenue from the clubs .
The days of selling a player to build a stand ala Ashley Ward isn’t gonna happen anymore with fans demanding the money is spent on players .
It needs outside investment with ideas of how to make it pay on a daily basis .A supporters club with outside of match days events would be a start but not enough imo but I’m sure ideas could be brought forward .

Who's going to put even more significant money into a new stadium?

No idea, but if the other stands are likely to need redevelopment in the nearish future, it might be a choice between a new stadium or the club arranging a groundshare elsewhere.

I mean, they did already have a €250,000,000 stadium in Nice.

DEFFO REFUND required by me for a multitude of reasons.

They also claimed they built a new training academy that was already there.

"Surveys should have been carried out in the close season." Leave it out. We couldn't even employ a cleaner to sweep the ground before we all came back. It's an amateur **** show and has been for some time.

Don’t worry about being near the corner flag in the lower east stand ,the club refuse to sell season tickets for the end block nearest to the away fans

And IMO he was right. I wouldn't let any owners but particularly these ones within a million miles of ownership of the ground or its surrounds.
