    Ian isn’t the head groundsman as some people have suggested. He’s one of the team. We’ve still got another two groundsmen, plus the head groundsman, and advertising for another. At least I think that’s the case.

    Oh yeah I hadn't even noticed Ian's middle name in that screenshot. Just for clarity the last name of the person I'm thinking of is different too :D

    I didn't take it as sarcasm and didn't even notice that not wasn't there. I was too busy googling what the big word meant.
