So looks like Benson added to long term injury list and Kitchin. When are we go on a see a change of fortune on that front too?
Nobody seems to be getting close to make the first team. Anderson, Morris, Benson,Kitchin, Styles and as for Oulare well I do wonder if he actually exists. Plus according to Schopp ,Palmer is only able to play for 70 mins. But to me the players are doing their best but what they must do in training I don't know as the team seems to lack any understanding of what there role is and there is no coordinated plan.

    Mads - injured pre season
Morris - injured during a game
Benson - injured in the warm up
Kitching - injured during a game
Oulare - injured during his visa lie probably

    Aye, it's all Schopp's fault.

Schopp trains the players, Schopp picks the team from players available and Schopp gives the players the tactics to utilise in a game so aye...it is Schopp's fault.

We should wait untill all players are fit and avalible before we make our minds up if he's a good manager. There's only mads who hasn't played so far this season im sure getting mads back fot would have us banging goals in and creating chances......

The excuse for schopp used to be we have played all the tough teams this was before we went to Blackpool since then we have lost 5 on spin? many against not so good teams and winnable games. Scoring 1 goal a penalty.

You make your own luck. We have injuries because the players weren’t fit enough coming back to training, of which Schopp has stated himself. The upheaval in summer is playing a massive part to these injuries. Saying that and I’ve said it before, we didn’t have all these injuries under Dopson and Northeast so makes me wonder what’s going off on the sports science front.

And I’m not having this ******** about injuries being an excuse. Reading had 13 injured for the game on Saturday and have struggled since first game of season with them. They’re currently 7th.

And one you couldn't blame them for if true in my opinion ...especially if training is as bad as we are led to believe.
who in their right mind wants to work in a toxic atmosphere....if schopp has lost the dressing room and like the majority on here the players want him out.its one way of getting shut of him ...that said I wouldn't be surprised if come January and he's still here we see a hand full of transfer requests put in

We also had lots of injuries at the start of 2017-18 when we replaced most of Heckingbottom’s team & then had lots of injuries again at the start of 2019-20 season when Stendel started in charge & Struber took over. We seem to have less injuries when there’s little player turnover.

I’m no fitness expert but my guess is when players start training differently / harder, doing drills they aren’t used to that they’re more likely to pick up injuries.

The players are there to play and perform to their best. Not sulk like silly schoolboys who don't like their teacher. They're professionals, they're not fit their responsibility. Gary Lineker took responsibility for his own health by not heading balls in training for eg.
Schopp may be the most clueless manager going but it is not up to the players to down tools to get him the sack whilst sliding into league 1. And actually, I think they are trying their best.

Can't remember hecky having many injury problems a few suspensions from poor discipline. Stendel had bad injury problems and suspensions at the end of the promotion season but he still got the job over the line.

Schopp coaches the players he is not responsible for the individual training programs for the players, that’s done by the support team, usually a combination of Chief Analyst(feeds back performance stats), Fitness/Conditioning coach(individual training plans) & Physiotherapist.

Any player guilty of what you are implying is cheating on the fans , no matter how bad the coach is or the problems that the owners have brought on the club it does not justify feigning injury which the post I replied to implied , I personally would not make accusations without having proof . there lads are professionals & you would expect them to be totally honest about injuries .

Sedgewick was Fitness coach. All the players are injured AND NOW HE'S LEFT.

    Perhaps it's ALL HIS FAULT.

Obviously it's everyone's fault - but to blame the Head Coach for injuries and players even feigning injuries is completely idiotic.

We could blame him for scoring 0 goals from open play in 5 games and losing 5 on spin though?

Absolutely - and nobody is defending him for that. Not even me. I'm saying its not ALL his fault.

We've been through this a hundred times.

We've lost 4 in a row. Not much better, but at least accurate.

Famously no other teams have injured players
