    Once again he blames the players. This guy played a few games with Pep and thinks that he’s at his level. I’ve never known a manager take less responsibility than this clown

    He’s a disgrace. He hasn’t taken responsibility for any single thing this season.

    There are plenty of things that aren’t his fault - but the setup, how open we are and how easy we are to get in behind, is all him. All.

    He’s an absolute wage stealer - and is blaming everyone and the kitchen sink before looking in the mirror.

    I've never gone as far as to actively dislike a manager up to now - I've not agreed with some managers' signings or tactics, but I've never disliked them on a personal level.

    This guy makes no effort to interact with fans, either outside of games or after they've travelled to the likes of Bournemouth, Reading and Bristol to see limp defeat after limp defeat. He's wilfully chucking Jasper Moon under the bus by playing him in CM.
    He's blaming his players constantly despite him consistently picking bizarre line-ups and asking them to play suicidal tactics game after game.

    The man's a pr1ck and our board are letting the last remaining bits of goodwill erode every day they keep him on.

    Let's be honest, we would all do the same, you wouldn't just quit and miss out on a pay out. The fault here lies completely with lard arse Conman who gave him a f*****g 3 year contract and either doesn't want to pay him off or can't afford to!

    The manager needs to understand that :-
    A player who plays well should stay in the team.
    Ben Williams and Jordan Williams are two separate players.
    You don’t get bonus points for changing the team every week.
    Player morale does not improve if you are dropped for no good reason.
    Jasper Moon is a central defender not a midfielder.
    Clark Odour has never been a striker.
    Blaming players week after week will not help them win games.

    tbf we can't really criticise the club for giving him a 3 year deal. the last 2 worked out really well for us. it was always likely we would eventually drop on a duffer. I agree though, that the club should be decisive in pulling the trigger and paying him off, when it doesn't work out.
