    I still don’t get it. I’m saying you watched the game. I’m saying others didn’t and thought he would play badly before a ball was kicked.

    Maybe I do need to alter my tone, but upon explanation I thought you might at least back down a bit from having told me ‘this is your problem Ben’. I wasn’t personal or critical towards you, so no need at all really was there?

    Agree manager and fans have been let down all year by Brittain ,Styles and Woodrow.Who says they will want toplay for next manager poor attitudes

    Let’s be realistic here, Brittain was my favourite player until this season. But Jesus h wept he has been absolutely woeful all season, as has Woodrow. A manager doesn’t stop you doing basic things correct, as ***** as I think the manager has been. A few of the players, Woodrow, Brittain and Styles to name 3, need to get a fcukin grip.

    I guess, if he has walked, the alternative to the scenario you have described is that he's done a Keegan. Kevin Keegan quit the England job because he didn't believe he'd quite got the skills at that level. It was that and that alone.

    I'm more inclined to believe your version of events, but I don't know. We don't even know if he quit or he was sacked, or if he's actually gone at all.

    Spot on, it is late on a Sunday maybe the club for once are using their brains & going to put out information that is also relevant , for example they will have to put together a temporary managerial structure which will have a knock on effect through the ranks, coaches will have to be contacted , spoken to about prospective roles & more likely accepting any changes in their roles & accepting their temporary roles, some might not want it, we will see but I do not think its that simple given what time & day of the week it is , we await with interest .

    I haven't seen all the games, Mursheen,I agree that the performance of a lot of the players has sounded poor, according to reports.
