    I'm presuming Disco will take charge of the next two games before the international break, the least we could do is see how he gets on. He's followed a similar path into coaching as Paul Heckinbottom did.

    Permanently yes, but realistically they probably have no clue as to who’s taking over next. So for the time being someone with a bit of passion & understands the culture around the club.

    I think the delay in sacking him has been due to lining up potential replacements. I expect someone to be appointed before the next international break to give them a couple of weeks with the players.

    It's really not. Because it doesn't make business sense.
    It would be a purely footballing decision to sack him and not have a replacement lined up, but if they were going to do that it would have been 4 weeks ago.
    Mybguess is Conway has been over, spoke to some players, said show me what you're capable of when you don't listen to him, and on the back of the fight back against Sheff U and the away performance against Bristol, he's okayed Khaled to negotiate a severance package.
