can't fault em... stuff johnson and his cohort of mega rich imbeciles that cant run this country properly...
Usual Tory stirring up "nationalism" and diverting attention away from the climate summit where they're terrified someone will ask this question: "Boris, as you are hosting the most important meeting on climate change issues in history, why are you approving the opening of a new and unnecessary coal mine in England?"
Blaming the French and making up the weekly figure of boats. 500; 10/15 times the true amount. Folk say they want facts and the truth but believe this guff because it helps make them feel about their prejudices. Let's forget about the many illegal wars creating displaced people, the profits made by the worldwide war machine. Oh and the fact that France takes in way more refugees than we do.
And let’s forget about what the French have or haven’t done,,,,,,,we are supposed to have “taken back control”,,,,,what happened??? I think anybody who voted leave must now be certain that they’ve been well and truly tucked up!
I don't think it needs much propaganda. Historically the English and the French don't get along. (They never did me any harm though).
Blaming the French is propaganda, we’ve got on fine in recent history until this govt looked for someone to blame for The shortcomings of ‘ Get Brexit Done’ and indeed, the whole Brexit debacle.
Pity he's spent more time fist bumping the world leaders and posing for photo ops than he has trying to negotiate with nations ahead of COP. Seen numerous sources commenting that 2 full years of ground work was put in ahead of the Paris conference by the French government at multiple levels. An FOI shows the lack of meetings and dialogue by DePfeffel and Raab. One of the few meetings Johnson has had on climate change was with his sons godfather!
The French look after their farmers and fishermen, our government have thrown ours under a bus - a red one covered in lies. Under the terms of "the oven ready deal", the arrangements before Brexit continue for several years, however, we are being somewhat tardy in issuing permits, insisting on "paperwork" when under the agreement there is none required. If I were a French fisherman I'd be up arms about it and demanding action from the government. Our fishermen (and farmers) have basically crawled off and given up.
I've always got on fine with French people, in fact I've never had cause to fall out with any Europeans I've ever met - I've fallen out with quite a number of British though.
