    I'd guess, if we are going abroad again for a coach.We already know who we want and are currently trying get a work permit through..before news gets out, So we don't look tinpot..
    I'd also add if we run into next week with still no announcement then maybe it's because weve tried and failed with said work permit..

    I'd hope getting a work permit for a head coach is relatively straight forward. The difficulty as we saw with Schopp, could be getting permits for his backroom team.

    Schopp was dismissed on 1st Nov and, allowing for Laumann taking over for two games and the international break, it left nineteen days to appoint the new coach before the Fulham fixture. Nine of those days have now elapsed. The clock is ticking…….

    We take longer because we're always looking for the cheap option. The only time we've gone out and got the right guy in my lifetime was Dave Bassett.

    There are some ready made options that could still keep us up. Alex Neil, Mick Mccarthy and Neil Warnock could all keep us up. Even Garry Monk at a push.
