    And again he bowls back of a length despite getting smashed for two sixes. He doesn't have the pace to be bowling that length.

    Dreadful death bowling from woakes and Jordan. And if wood can’t be trusted to bowl one of the last 4 overs then he shouldn’t have been selected.

    It was a bit of a bottle job to be honest

    Woakes and Jordan at the end were absolutely woeful.

    That over from Jordan in particular was the one that gave the New Zealanders a sniff, gave them the belief.

    Defeat snatched from the jaws of victory. Very annoying as the bloody Aussies will probably win the tournament and we absolutely battered them.

    He didn’t bowl well at the end today but I think he’s a very good cricketer, in all formats and with bat and ball. I like him.

    Wasn’t great at the end tonight, granted.

    gutted we lost, after livingstone's last over i was virtually getting my sunday schedule set, think win-vis had us at 76%
    then enter chris jordan, truly woeful death bowling, i don't blame woakes, the stuffing was already knocked out of us with nothing to defend after that over,
    but hats of to NZ, they thumped us in the end in a great semi-final, hoping they beat pakistan in the final now
    1 thing i remember was simon doull who like ian smith are superb commentators say early on that NZ need to be 107 after 15, they were exactly that!

    Should never have lost that from where we had them after ten overs. They should have just done a like for like swap for Roy by bringing in Vince. I reckon a few that played today will be nowhere near the squad for Australia this time next year.

    It's been a pretty forgettable tournament with few shocks, chasing team winning nearly every match and few games being watched by a decent crowd.

    personally it's not been a bad bodge up tournament,
    no shocks?
    India not coming top 2 inc a 10 wkt thrashing by Pakistan
    SA winning 4 after throwing away 1st game v Aus and unlucky not to qualify
    WI being so poor
    even Scotland beating Bangladesh
    and come sunday, Aus t20 champs after looking like pub team v's us

    New Zealand had it easier. They got to the semi finals beating three useless teams and only having to beat one of the two good teams.
