I enjoy a good healthy debate on here as much as anyone, and I also have learnt a great deal about the club, football and all aspects of other people's lives. But I will never understand why people write posts ranting at individuals employed by the club on here? Is it just to vent their spleen to make them feel better? Or in the hope that similarly minded fans will validate their concerns by piling on the thread? Or do they genuinely believe that club employees are going to PM Gally on Facebook to ask to set up a user account so they can write full detailed answers to all their questions? Just reminds me of people like Angry, from Manchester who is not happy about the repeats on TV.
In the past 2/3 weeks. They'll not sack Schopp they wont want to pay compo. They'll not get anybody who's employed they'll not wont to pay compensation. They've got rid of Eckhart to save money,Poya don't know what he's letting himself in for. Every comment was to berate the club and none are true. As for Poya he'll have checked everything out .He's not going to leave his country with what I imagine a very secure job.It says to me he's ambitious to ply his trade in England and will be confident in his abilities to take us forward,I wish him well.
But that does happen. Whitey regularly answers fans concerns about this, that and the other, when he feels able to do so. And only yesterday Lee from the catering side provided some useful info in response to some comments and questions in the Food thread.
It's not a unreasonable discussion point to say you would like the CEO of the club to come back to the fans with a answer he promised to try and find. I assume that's what you are referring to with this thread?
I'm not sure you can compare the "big questions" with legal/financial ramifications with the input of Whitey. I didn't see the food thread. It's not unreasonable to want that at all, I'm just questioning whether creating numerous threads on a bulletin board addressed to our CEO is an effective way to do it, and asking what people get out of it. Members of the BBS can express themselves in anyway they see fit, I was just trying to understand about the mind set of people who post in that way.
The needle returns to the start of the song And we all sing along like before And we'll all be lonely tonight and lonely tomorrow
I suppose the mind set is deep frustration and this being one of the few places to express that to people who share the common interest.
You'll also find message such as "Dear Piers Morgan, stop being a *****." ... More chance of a director at the club looking at the board than a random person who's done something we object to who has no connection to BFC.
At least on Twitter you can @ some one though. Again, I understand that, it's just the way it's addressed to someone who we have no reason to believe reads the BBS, much less is likely to respond via this medium. Perhaps it's just the way it's written. If the title was "I wish Piers Morgan would stop being a *****." or "I wish the CEO would respond to the questions put to him regarding the £750k" I'd get it a bit more. Maybe it's just me.
To the bloke who was heckling me and my 19 year old girlfriend, calling me a cradle snatcher and pervert among other things, thanks a lot pal, you proper ruined our 10th wedding anniversary.
If one of them is that girl with the tennis racket and no knickers, just cover the cheeks up with a bit of unused tissue paper.
