    Iv sent two emails, called the hospitality department and left a separate message for a call back regarding a commercial package to take my staff to the Huddersfield game and still got no response. Wouldn’t have thought it would be that difficult to spend a fair amount of money at the club but so far it’s been pretty poor. Anyone who works in the stadium that can help me out or pass a message on for an email back?

    Will give them another call tomorrow I guess, wouldn’t have thought it was that difficult of an office to run it can’t be that busy

    I've just made an absolute schoolboy mistake.

    I thought it would be funny to say 'yeah like a **** and ball torture device' but then decided it would be better to post a photo of one and say 'yeah like this'. Anyway off I went to Google images and searched '**** and ball torture device'. Now in my head Google was going to bring up lots of photos of scary looking contraptions that would be obvious what they were for but would just be images of the devices themselves. That's not what Google did is it. No, no it's not. Google decided to present me with a lot of close up images of gentleman sausages in bondage gear. Scarred for life I am

    Sounds like you had a similar experience to me, it’s like getting blood out of a stone. I found the whole experience very poor, especially considering the amount of money I was going to spend. I had to send several emails in order to get a reply and then mid email exchange I just didn’t hear anything back from the club despite sending a couple of follow up emails. The feeling I got was that they just don’t want my custom. I just decided to give up and spend my money somewhere else.
