I think Andersen and Morris returning to the squad is a big boost.

    Collins

    Brittain, Andersen, Helik, Sibbick, Styles

    Benson, Gomes

    Morris, Woodrow, Iseka

Kitching a bit unlucky to drop out but I think Sibbick’s pace is needed.

Aye younger players with a lack of leadership.

This is why I can't understand why Hondermarck has been chucked back into room 101. He had a drive about him,

Trouble is new man will give all the usuals a turn to find his best team and Hondermark being in the under 23`s maybe become way down the list again, or he could become his pet project .

I'd like to think the new manager will have watched last seasons games, this seasons games, noted how well some of our players played last year compared to this year and then try and identify the cause of the discrepency. Then make a plan to rectify it. I've no problem with the new man playing the so called best players if he thinks he has a system to get the best out of them.

Didn`t say I did have a problem with the usuals playing just going on what previous managers/coachs have done in the past.

It's amazing what difference two players makes. (Mowatt and Dike.) Dike was rotated at that. I'd be happy for it to be last season's team with Benson and Iseka filling the blanks.

I hope Asbaghi can get them firing.

Sorry if my post came across as I was having a go, I just meant I am hoping that the new manager has a plan to get out the most from our best players before having to resort to relying on youngsters. I'm happy for them to be in the team, I just would like our more experienced players to be able to step up.

For me Benson needs to man up abit looked good on occasions like his pass v Cardiff to set sibbick off and his pass at qpr but the former grimsby loanee has looked powderpuff on many occasions and abit of a luxury player. Someone after the hull game called him a poor man's George moncur I wouldnt go that far but so far been a poor replacement for mowatt. Honermark looked good on the few occasions he featured and changed the game against Sheffield United and actually knows how to tackle maybe he could get a run of games.

Following the Fulham game Poya's 11 changes are needed, so Im changing my team for Swansea.

    4231
    Collins
    Moon Helik Anderson Kitching
    Gomez Benson
    Iseka Cole Morris
    Oulare

Im dropping Woodrow Styles Palmer Frieser Brittain Williams Sibbick

Id drop others from the 11 but i would be struggling to get a starting 11 if I did.

Moon and Kitching we have 2 days to coach them in to having full back skills.
Gomez and Benson to toughen up
    Oulare to be fit

We've got full backs at the club. We shouldn't be hoping that a couple of centre Halves can learn how to play that position in two days. Folk have done nowt but moan about players playing out of position all season!

We have Ben and Jordam Williams and Vita as recognised full backs. I dont believe Brittain or Styles are full backs they are wing backs which is different.

I would think we would be stronger with Moon and Kitching in those positions.

Exactly. We've got full backs without needing to retrain anybody else.

There’s absolutely no way Conway is telling our head coach which formation to play.
