Not new managers fault at all, these players need to take a good long look at themselves in the mirror, finished 5th last season because they were scared of a manager its pathetic. Wouldnt be the most welcome thing a new manager would do but I would get the players in just doing laps tomorrow, cant put 100% effort in after a weeks holiday then get them doing it on the training pitch tomorrow. They make me sick
