Moxon, Gale, the whole coaching and medical team. 16 departures in total. Not before time.

Hopefully they can use a clean slate to rebuild their reputation.
Be interesting to see who is brought in to key roles.

Clean sweep needed for some time. Losing Jason Gillespie was our biggest blow in recent years

Bring back Dizzy, pay him whatever he wants including a house for him and his family. Give him an open contract, let him bring in his people and let him sweep clean top to bottom within all age groups. We then need to get people into positions of authority locally who are colour, class and religion blind. No more collegiate / Harrogate etc money orientated chummy networks.

I suspect those kicking up a fuss will be the old boys brigade like Lyth. The meeting will have took place with the squad in person but a lot of the best players are missing. We've got the likes of Root, Bairstow and Brooks in Australia. Rashid and TKC are in the T10 competition in Abu Dhabi.

Surely in 2021 with the media links the overseas players will have taken part should they have wanted to .

Andrew gale is going to start legal action and rightly so' now i know and accept that this forum errs to the left but i have to say that anyone that agrees with whats going on at Yorkshire is wrong' you cannot be judge jury and executioner based on allegations' we live in a country where you're innocent until proven guilty ' if there has been racism then i fully agree that the people responsible should be kicked out but there are people like Andrew gale and Michael vaughan that have categorically denied it and as such should be given the same platform to put their case forward as Rafiq was to put his' hanging people out to dry and destroying careers based purely on allegations is a very dangerous precedent to set...

So they have sacked 16 staff due to Rafiqs report......however Joe Root has denied ever hearing anything racist when at Yorkshire, even on nights out, Rafiq although saying Root was a good guy also said he was disappointed Root couldn’t remember hearing stuff on nights out.......something not quite right here for me, btw I do think Root is a man of integrity

The report which let's no forget was going to get buried was damning. The organisation concocted a fudge job. The unindependent independent report confirmed racism occurred.
The individuals, the coaches and powers that be all failed. By acting in such a way they've brought the club into disrepute.
If this was handle properly from the start, then it could have been sorted amicably and professionally. It wasn't, so the all involved are open to criticism.
It's no longer about cricket and instead it's about culture and management.
Anyone who knows anything about the inner workings of YCCC over the decades, will tell you it needed to reform. Instead it wasn't, and then this happens and they all to predictably closed ranks.
Mr Gale will bring an unfair dismissal claim, but what's he going to say, that the already fudged but damning report is wrong?
ET's outcomes are based on balance of probabilities. Can Gale prove he's innocent of never doing anything wrong in relation to race?

I presume Hoggard admitting to calling him an elephant washer and corroborating the story that he was made to change near the toilets has sailed over your heads.

People have LITERALLY apologised for being racist. They've admitted it. The Board have admitted it. Players and staff have admitted it.

Just because a few of the players and staff are still in denial or because Root didn't hear anything doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I know its difficult for people to believe Rafiq because he's brown and a bit of a ******, but the evidence is in the public domain.
