It's higher than that. 17.2 million out of an adult population of nearly 40 million are said to be fully vaccinated. Reuters reckon it's 38% though.

So according to Plan B you can only shop in Asda without a mask if you go round singing Knee's up mother Brown or any song of such ilk.
