To be fair, it looked a bit high and behind him when he headed it. But I’m sat at the other end so probably not the best view of it.

I wish we hadn't limited ourselves attacking wide by starting oduor and Woodrow and only having Iseka and Victor on the bench.

Ideally cole would be on now but he played too well a few weeks ago so he's banished

Only caught the last 8 mins of the first half but we looked quite dangerous.

    Is Palmer slow or indecisive?

We can pass it about like them. We have no decent finisher though.

Half time on a match day thread and there’s three pages, 44 posts in total.

Wasn’t that long ago we’d be past 100 before kick off I don’t think.

Shows how much disinterest there is I fear.

Not to be completely negative, I have a feeling Brittain will score today. He's due one!

This is clearly not based on anything I have seen so far. Just a feeling.

Morris and Gomes the only positives really. Woodrow and oduor offering absolutely nothing upfront, I'd go as far as saying Woodrow is holding us back with his constant selection and lack of threat.

Painful lack of width. We actually look a threat when we put a few passes together but as others have said the number of times we give the ball away is appalling (Kitchin in particular).

Odour a luxury we can’t afford to carry. Mads and Morris doing well.

If any game needs an inspirational substitute this is it let’s hope WE makes one at halftime

I love the analogy. It reminds me of when I first started playing the game at the Catholic Club in Mexborough, or above Burton's in Rotherham.

    Phase I: I couldn't pot a ball.
Phase II: I could pot a ball.
Phase III: Try to pot the current ball, whilst lining up for the next ball (see Phase I).

Odour and Palmer just not quick or strong enough to effect a championship game.

Who do we have on the bench who is inspirational?

    It's not the sub keeper
I wouldn't say moon, Williams or vita are as they're all defenders and not exactly brilliant ones at that (if we accept vita can't be to be continually ignored)
Benson? He's got nothing about him
Iseka? Runs around a lot most of the time but last week was atrocious
    Victor? It's Victor

Nice back pass to the goalkeeper there by Oduor. He's no striker.
