Jeremy Corbyn is against vax pass if you feel you can only be seen to support an argument once it's endorsed by someone you like.

Suprised they're given the time of day, but also find this media/public comparison with South Africa really interesting.

When anyone tried to compare different approaches/responses to Covid, any mention of Sweden and the likes was shot down because of population density, demographic, etc. We weren't allowed to compare, but then we could compare Norway, Finland and Sweden if we wanted to put the latter in a bad light. Yet here we are siting South Africa data (and not even all of it - just the parts to support the project fear narrative) as if it that's the blue print for how Omicron will play out. Maybe it will, but surely the same people who stood up against other comparisons would stand up on this one when it's a country with huge waves of poverty and a vaccination rate of 25%?

We've also got threads on the new manager repeating the madness of the managers before him. Aren't we doing something similar by putting so much faith in models and inaccurate data from those who've either misled us in the past or have got things so incredibly wrong at numerous points?

Dropped on this article from 2018 and given what is going on right now its pretty fascinating. The more I think about it the more I think I realise that everything that is going on is happening because we are actually been directed by people claiming to be experts and trying to use data and models to predict what might happen and then technology to fix the problem. This is then being dished out by politicians advised by these so called experts and they are hell bent on carrying it out because this is what the experts tell us. Maybe this is why Boris is flip flopping so much - its his own view versus the experts.

Anyway its a fascinating read given how everything is playing out and it was written before the pandemic.

As an aside - even more information come out of Isreal via John Campbell in relation to Vitamin D, K2 and Zinc. Really important and if you are not supplementing them already go and watch and get some. Absolute no brainer.

Cant believe the government are not getting this message out about Vitamin D deficiency and getting everyone on it. Nope - they are blinkered and think only the vaccine boosters are the way out and we'll force people to have them if need be.

We take vitamin D supplements every day. Why wouldn't you take something to help you stay healthy?
It would be like if there was a vaccine and refusing to have it.

Are there any instances of people reacting negatively to Vitamin D supplements?

I really don't know. I suspect if I look in enough dark corners of the Internet I'd find some.

Over 400,000 yellow cards raised according to the goverment website. That's a pretty dark corner right?

Look Loko. If my house was on fire but there was a possibility of getting run over by a bus if I ran outside.
    I'd still run outside.
On another point, while you're here, could you explain to me why it's not possible to put a member of admin on ignore?

Haha. I've no idea but please put me on ignore if asking valid questions in response to your posts just isn't for you.

I've tried putting you on ignore. It won't let me.
And yes, listening to your responses on one or two subjects isn't for me.

Probably some BBS rules I'm not aware of it.

This really does feel like a grown man putting his fingers in his ears, closing his eyes, and going 'lalalalalalala'. Each to their own though. If it makes your experience better I can put you on ignore, and then that way I won't ever reply to any of your posts? Creates a closed shop of discussion, which in my eyes is pretty narrow minded, but if it helps.

I wonder if they will make a graph showing how many people have died due to other ailments just so Bojo can look good with his vaccine roll out.

Extracts taken from the same government website dark corner.

The nature of Yellow Card reporting means that reported events are not always proven side effects. It is important to note that Yellow Card data cannot be used to derive side-effect rates or compare the safety profile of COVID-19 vaccines as many factors can influence ADR reporting.

All vaccines and medicines have some side effects. These side effects need to be continuously balanced against the expected benefits in preventing illness. The majority of adverse reactions were mild to moderate in severity and usually resolved within a few days after vaccination.

For all COVID-19 vaccines, the overwhelming majority of reports relate to injection-site reactions (sore arm for example) and generalised symptoms such as ‘flu-like’ illness, headache, chills, fatigue (tiredness), nausea (feeling sick), fever, dizziness, weakness, aching muscles, and rapid heartbeat. Generally, these happen shortly after the vaccination and are not associated with more serious or lasting illness.

These types of reactions reflect the normal immune response triggered by the body to the vaccines. They are typically seen with most types of vaccine and tend to resolve within a day or two.

Vaccination is the single most effective way to reduce deaths and severe illness from COVID-19.

You've jumped in two footed there as I wasn't suggesting all Yellow Cards are of a serious nature. But I highly doubt 400,000+ people report any side effects or issues with taking Vitamin D supplements. Even in what you've posted, the words' typically' and 'tend' are used, which means it's not quite the slam dunk you're suggesting. Original point stands in the context it was being discussed in.

Watch the video I linked - some really good info from on the ground co-hort. That doctor has avised all his patients to supplement and hasn't had a single patient of his die and I think it was 1 had to go to hospital. Goes into how older people struggle to absorb enough vitamin d because of their skin, dark skin people absorb less and obese people also struggle to absorb enough because of how their bodies deal with it. Funny how those are the 3 major areas of excess deaths. Its an absolute no brainer taking Vitamin D if you are not taking it - the grumble is the government just using the jabs and not even advising people to supplement 4000iu daily (8000 if obese). No downside and it would take massive doses to overdose it. What the government is spending on furlough and jabs they could have sent out a years supply to every person (about a tenner) and this could have had a massive effect on hospitalisations and deaths. But they would rather experiment with the jabs.

Its similar to not erring on the side of caution on the aspiration. Sounds like denmark having a much better time with reported side effects and they have aspirated from the start. Again something so simple to improve the outcomes and they wont entertain it. Boils my pi55.

Awful to put pressure on people to have the booster to be called fully vaccinated.
