    Despite the pressure on Valerien Ismael, the baggies have lost just once in their last 7 matches (away at Huddersfield), and come into the game on Friday on the back of consecutive wins.

    Away from home this season, they sit 5th with 15 points from 11 games. Their form on the road however has dipped greatly of late. Their victory at Coventry last week was their first away win since September.

    Oakwell hasn't been a happing hunting ground for West Brom over the years. In fact you've got to go back to 1947 for the last time the Baggies won at Oakwell. The reds are unbeaten in their last 17 games at home to West Brom.

    The likelihood is, if the game goes ahead, that West Brom will have a depleted side. I'm going to be optimistic and go for 2-1 with Morris scoring a brace.

    We are everything Ismael wants in an opponent. Lightweight, poor passing yet seemingly deluded about our ability to pass so we keep trying anyway.

    West Brom don’t concede many chances, so it’s another Barnsley nil. They’ll get three or four.
