Suppose Saturday and Sunday before Christmas were always going to be busy even if the rest of the time isn't. The prospect of wearing a mask for that long would totally put me off.
I used to enjoy Meadow Hell when the train stopped there coming back from games against the Blunts to a chorus of "You're not getting on". Cue open mouthed shoppers who indeed had no chance of getting on as the train was so rammed.
