Yes. The virus hasn't mutated that much that tests won't recognise it. They should be just as effective. Tests just don't indicate which variant you have.

Data on not aspirating showing 3x fewer complications in denmark where they aspirate since march versus norway with no aspiration.

They have to get it changed as its basic medical knowledge they have done away with.

If you're worried get a PCR test. They're more accurate.

You've probably got a seasonal cold, but it's obviously on your mind, so I'd recommend doing that. You can order one to come to your house.

I wondered why 20% hadn't turned up for appointments, at that all night vaccination centre in Manchester, which was on GMB this morning. No better than those who annoy the NHS by looking for empty beds in hospitals. Scumbags.

his reaction to nadhawi's response was interesting. would be interesting to see responses from the likes of Whitty and Fauci on this, rather than a politician far more interested in saving face.

I'm surprised the BBC hasn't employed Dr Campbell . His viewing figures hit 1 to 2 million easy where as the BBC s top news shows barely scrape 300k on a good day . He's very engaging and you can't really discount anything he says as he backs it up with professional data / research .

Meanwhile things get ever more confusing by the day .

For a virus the so called experts SAGE said was doubling every 2 to 3 days the daily cases already seem to have flat lined before reaching six figures daily, even though over a million extra tests a week are taking place.

The forum software is crap at reposting posts that have reposted posts in them.

And I can’t be arsed to manually fix it if it’s the forum at fault.

How do you mean? Do you have to manually correct it each time or just this time? Ive just checked and I could quote that post with one button and it did it properly.

This is a pic of 3 positive omicron lateral flow tests. It’s very faint so be careful, easily missed.

Now I don't know if what you say is true, but ,if people don't want the vax, then why would they bother making an appointment?I think this is more media propaganda.By the way, before I get accused of being anti vax,I am pro vax and pro choice.Medical reasons prevent my family from safely taking said jab

There's huge delays getting PCR results back. Some are having to wait 4 or 5 days.

The 20% fail to attend rate at Manchester was on GMB this morning. Someone else posted that anti-vaxxers are trying to disrupt the jabbing process by booking fake appointments.

Can’t believe it was questioned. Simply awful language let’s make no bones about it.

Being shared by others in power as well. Backed up by his comments on live TV yesterday that weren’t identical, but very similar in tone, but almost threatening people over how difficult their life will be made to be.

I took six LFTs over the last three days. Three clear, two with super, super faint lines, and one with a less faint line but nothing like what I’ve seen for positive tests.

Ive had a tickly but not sore throat, a head cold that comes and goes but nothing bad, and I probably cough once every 20 minutes. My PCR was negative.

I think we’ve forgotten what some of those run down and fatigued days feel like after two years of either having Covid or being healthy - in terms of cold/flu like symptoms.

Nothing fun about coughing at an airport these days. Or on a plane. Meerkats everywhere.

In the old days it was common place to cough to cover up a fart, I think we have now gone full circle.
