Collins- made some good saves to keep the score down, put under pressure by his defence constantly trying to play out from the back when they arent very good at it. Could have done better for the 2nd but again so could his defence. 6

Kitching- steady game got into some good positions when we attacked 2nd half wish he could pass. 6

Anderson- was lucky the ref stopped the game for the 2 barnsley players banging heads because he had 10 yard on the rovers player who easily beat mads to the ball and put it away, very embarrassing. Partly to blame for the 2nd. 5

Helik- best defender before he eventually went off injured will he be here after this window 7

Brittain- best performance for sometime and my motm 8

Palmer- gone backwards from last season gifted them the 1st gave the ball away often. 2

Benson- weak as piss, lost count of how many times he gives the ball away, doesnt play a pass unless its going sideways or backwards. 2

Styles- best game for a while i thought, was involved in the calamity 2nd goal although i havent watched the hightlights back so i could be been harsh. 7

Odour- played half decent 1st half got a assist faded 2nd. This bloke shouldnt be playing forward in a championship team. 6

Iseka- lazy, doesnt get involved another dud of a signing should have been took off at half time. 2

Morris- not much to feed off but still worked hard and got a goal. Looked gutted at the end must be depressing for him when he looks around at kick off time. 7

    Subs

Vic- tried hard as usuall won a few corners 5

Moon- how is he getting in a championship defence before sibbick is beyond me. Not ready no were near. 3

Cole- ran abit which was more than iseka but no impact 4

Poya-should have dragged iseka off alot sooner. Same with benson and palmer. Is 343 the only formation we can play? 0

R.e Poya. This is now both him and Schopp that have come in and played 343 despite it not being their preferred formation. Why would two coaches continue to play a way that clearly isn't working for them? Also, why do both of these coaches baffle supporters with team selections? We had Schopp with oduor up front and moon in midfield, we've now got Poya with oduor up front and even trying styles up front!! Baffled!

Surely the logical thing to do when constantly losing and losing the midfield battle would be to change the formation? Add a extra midfielder? May not work but at least give it a go. Like you say strange im convinced there are people higher up than schopp and poya pulling the strings of these puppets.

I said that about Schopp and I'm even more convinced now that nothing has changed under Poya.

I did not see any of the game, just 2 minutes of highlights, so I am relying on those who did for my information, but the BBC said our formation was 4-2-3-1 and in the Radio Sheffield interview after the game, the reporter asked Poya why he went with 4-2-4. If he did go with either of those formations, it would explain why we were so open down the centre. It would also pose important questions about the competence of the Coach.

Doesn’t matter what formation we play because imo that’s not the reason we’ve lost so many games .
If we carry on giving ball away so easily whether in dangerous positions or not the opposition can’t help but capitalise .
Unless it’s us of course as we’d give them it straight back .

The constant playing football in our own half doesnt help our own worst enemies last night if they had their shooting boots on it would have been a cricket score.

It is a complete mystery... no point changing the manager, as we are playing the same underperforming players in the same positions as we were under Schopp. The last chance saloon is starting to welcome in the Fat Lady for a turn. She will start of with "Let Me Clear My Throat".
