    Trouble is, he’s set himself up now by saying he’ll get an answer during one of the last q&a’s. Murphy would often bat it off as above his head, but he had the benefit of good results on the pitch to take some focus off of it.

    Correct, but until Herr Conway actually provides the answer our CEO's hands are tied. He is just the messenger.

    That's his problem really not ours. Shouldn't have promised things that he couldn't deliver but sadly that's the bfc way these days. Should change our name to false promise fc

    Hes gone into hiding since then even in the Chronicles piece on friday made a point of saying "the ceo hasnt been available for interview for 2months now". Doesnt fill people with confidence very unprofessional.

    Two months since the supporters Q&A, since when he's adopted radio silence. Local news reporters (Doug and Leon) both saying he's made himself unavailable for interview since then.

    Don't bother trying to correspond with him via email either, unless you like being ignored.

    I was optimistic about his appointment initially, based on his CV. He started here with perhaps the worst ever piece of supporter engagement with the West Stand fiasco, but deserved to be given the benefit of the doubt at the time. However, enough time has elapsed now of him deliberately avoiding further engagement when the club is in crisis for me to conclude that we can expect nothing better from him than we can of the ownership.

    'Transparency' from this CEO has turned out to be invisibility, either through his own choice or because it has been instructed to be that way by those who appointed him.

    It really is a disgrace. I think if it was any other retail scenario, where customers en masse had been roundly shafted and their paid-for goods (as advertised) not honoured, an ombudsman would have been drafted in by now to investigate. It's an appaling breach of customer service.

    Our CEO has a few awkward issues to respond to. The £750k, the voucher fiasco and our (hopefully) transfer intentions for January.
    He clearly doesn’t have much to say on any of them. Terrible public relations.

    We're also still waiting for him to explain what repairs were undertaken to the West Stand to turn it from being unusable to fine in the space of a few weeks and despite there being no visible evidence of anything happening. I'm sure he's hoping we'll just move on from that when it's open again.
