For balance it was one relegation , one promotion, one near miss and one 4th highest position in our history and one likely relegation or another second half season miracle
Fonzie we'll have to leave this.I've got a horrible chest infection I feel like whatever an unwell person feels.I.m getting too old for all this in fighting.I wish nothing but the best to my fellow supporters.
I never wished you ill - absolutely never. I'm just trying to understand why you will never criticise Paul Conway that's all. Either way, have a good evening and get well soon.
To be fair when this lot took over they started with cash on the balance sheet and a good squad. Theyve bled it dry and next season when we go down we will see how skint we are.
I think the point hes making is there just not very good at running football clubs. There other clubs positions would back this up.
They paid the Crynes £750k , I haven’t seen anything on here to suggest other monies have been paid to the owners
The consortium have been taken to court for non payment, defaulting on instalment payments As far as i am aware they haven't paid one instalment of the five payment plan ? this goes back 3 /4 years. According to the Crynes court documents they completely ignored requests for payments asking Conway about them were told ,nothing to do with me get in touch with Hong Kong. then after ghosting them for 18 months received a email/letter asking if they could extend the payment time and lower the payments. the Crynes agreed and.... still no payments hence the court preceding's. years later they told the press after another party was interested in buying the ground etc they wanted to buy it and had the money. which is strange as they didn't seem to have the money to make the payments for the club. if you sold someone something and years later they still hadn't paid for it and they asked you if they could buy something else for millions of pounds of you what would you say i am sure every one would say sure no problem, sign here. bear in mind they technically own 80 % without actually paying for anything like 80 %. half ? if BFC had got to the premier league and a legit billionaire bought the club for lets say 100 mil they would receive 80% and that would still apply if they sold the club tomorrow for whatever amount. For what its worth which is nothing i believe there strategy now will be do just that, sell the club without actually buying it as the crynes are trying/blocking the payment using club funds route they will never pay those instalments out of there own pockets without even getting into if they even have anything in there pockets How exactly are they planning to pay for stand/ground developments hotels etc when they don't seem to even have the money to even pay for the instalments and the club seems in a perilous state money wise. Taken from another thread on here.
Conman will be pissing himself with laughter when he's made aware of the group. All our board are useless and need to go but it's just the one person being attacked from behind a private group that you can't view without joining.
@55&counting What do you think to this for a constructive alternative? A small group of representatives approach James Cryne with the offer to jointly buy out the other shareholders of BFC Investments. This would in part be funded by striking off the deferred consideration owed to Oakwell holdings in return for a transfer of equity in BFC investment to JC. A combination of funding put together by JC and a mysterious exiled fan would purchase the remaining equity with the pledge that this would be returned to fans over time as fans made annual contributions. All this based on the model of sustainability.
We will sell off most of the first team to try and get the finances balanced up and I expect us to play a lot of youngsters in L1 next season. The questions is, will these current players command the transfer fees the club anticipate? I suspect not with an appalling season to date and possible record low points total. Maybe Collins and Morris the only two who will attract decent fees. Can see the following players being sold / moved on either this month or in the summer: Collins Helik Andersen Brittain Styles Woodrow Morris B Williams - Already gone. Iseka All the above to be sold Oulare Thomas Halme Sibbick Released to get them off the wage bill. We could be star ting our L1 campaign with a front 3 of: George Miller Victor Adeboyejo Devante Cole
Narrow-back B******** "I don't like what's going on but I'm not going to do anything about it and I'm going to criticise anyone who does (and attempt to make myself look superior while I do)" Not worth the reek off a cowpat the lot of you who have answered in such a manner. Honestly, you make real people with real feelings feel genuinely sick. You actually make people retch.
Apart from both vic and millers contracts end at the end of season. Its the worst ive ever know it these owners arent bothered about the fans, the club or what division were in.
I couldn't be arsed to look at the contract situations prior to posting ! So Vic and Miller will be gone too, Devante up front on his own then
The Crynes own 20 % of the club. that is not a accidently figure which will have been negotiated when the club was taken over you need 25 % just to have a say in anything even if you have enough % for a say you can and will be outvoted on any issue by the majority. i think someone paid to assess the Hong Kong BFC site or came by it from some source and Chien Lee has was it 46/7 % ownership of the club ? if so what he says goes end of The Crynes cannot start or stop any issue whether it be financial transactions or otherwise at the club. I am sure Archerfield ,Sheriff etc will know better but the 750k did not go to the crynes or all to the crynes at most it that's what happened it will have been 20 % of that yes ?. isnt it the case and should be applauded that the Crynes could have said nothing took the % as you say(if that is the case). But they are taking a stand for the good of the club because they believe the money shouldn't come from the clubs funds as it would be a huge detriment and could have massive consequences for the future of the club especially if more payments such as this are taken out of the running funds of the club ?
Might not feel as angry as that but I do agree. The more of them that exist the higher the likelihood of the current regime running us into the ground.
The 80% mob paid 750k to the Crynes as part of an agreed deal for promotion. This was negotiated down to a guarantee from a higherpayment originally agreed. It wasn’t to buy the club. it came from club funds not the 80%s pocket. Effectively James Cryne paid himself 20% of the 750k.
The Crynes said in there statement no payments can be paid using the clubs funds not payment ,payments i presume this is one of those payments No/Yes ?
