Instead of being on a Monday night and usually something like ball 3, this time it takes place this afternoon after Leeds have played West Ham and we are number 27.... https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/fa-cup-4th-round-draw-25890227
Yes, west ham are my second team and watching them hopefully hand Leeds their backside on a plate is indeed a nice way to end the weekend
I’d quite like West Ham Away next round We will get hammered (ahem sorry) but I’d like to see how their stadium is for a football match. I’ve only seen athletics there
What's this thing with wanting London clubs!? If it's away and a prem team either Liverpool or Man City for me
Be poor if we drew them away and it got postponed with covid because West Ham blew their covid bubble I would like that tie or Arsenal away. A chance to visit Borehamwood, Kidderminster or Cambridge would be good. Anyone but someone we play in the league anyway or a lowly Premier League team that would play a weakened team.
3rd round draw, the 44 prem/ championship teams are numbered according to their place in teh alphabet, the remaining teams L1/L2 N.L etc are numbered 45 onwards according to their match number from the previous round. Round 4 onwards the ball numbers are decided by the previous rounds match numbers, so we must have been the 27th match drawn for round 3 so will be ball 27. If we come out in the first match this time then the winners of our match will be ball 1 in the 5th round draw.
But we have been to Anfield and The Etihad in the last few years - Id like a ground I havent been to so West Ham or Spurs would be ideal for me - also dont forget for me I live in Surrey so its a lot easier for me to get to so I have a bias. Only northern away game I would seriously consider for a 4th round is Man Utd as I have never been to Old Trafford ( well only the cricket ground) definitely wouldnt bother with Man City away - might do Liverpool given our record there but I cant see the current side troubling them - then again I thought the same last time we went there
Fair enough. Just the cost and time of getting to london and I've never been to Anfield or the Etihad.
