Or just down 3rd Street to the Chase Center, although it is made for basketball and concerts, so the pitch may be 5-a-side size.
I'll use the form but here's my question Vouchers! Vouchers were advertised as part of the package that fans paid hard earned money for. They were advertised in March 2021. Questions were asked throughout the summer via mediums that the club do look at. No vouchers or explanations were forthcoming. Questions were asked again throughout autumn and fans were told from sources that they had been sent to the printers but weren't good enough quality. You were asked specifically about them in November and you said something to the effect of you didn't think they were good enough offers so had changed them and they would be out within weeks. Weeks passed and no vouchers. Fans repeatedly asked and got no answers. Fans asked the club's account on twitter and were ignored. You didn't send the vouchers out as you promised yet you also didn't bother to apologise or explain why. Eventually after the bombardment of questions got too much your hard working employees took it upon themselves to sort this out over the festive period despite it not being their job. As of speaking we still do not have the vouchers (though we have again been promised them). This is 10 MONTHS Khaled and is totally unacceptable. My question is in 6 parts. 1. The offers as leaked are extremely poor. Just how bad were they originally that you were too ashamed to hand them out? 2. I suspect that the staff had to try to come up with offers to make up the £50 promised at the past minute. Is this true? 3. Why did you not give supporters an update after you failed to deliver on your promise? 4. This is the third season in a row where reserved+ passes have been mis-sold in this way. Who has been responsible for this and have they been prevented from being involved in future advertising? 5. Can you guarantee this will never happen again? 6. How do you feel about the videos on twitter and posts on various social media mocking the club for this fiasco? Do you, as CEO, accept responsibility for the fact that the situation came to a head in the way it did? I suggest starting the meeting 3 hours early in order for him to read all that. Alternatively if someone could just send it him beforehand so he can read a short version of it out and answer it.
I sent one in via the link. I basically asked what are the owners genuine ambition? It’s always one step forward and one step back. Everything is done on the cheap, the playing squad and west stand etc. Other owners come in and invest and drive clubs forward on and off the pitch, this season has been beyond depressing!
Given the mass disillusionment of our fan base right now, how exactly do you intend to entice supporters to renew their season passes come March/April?
A lot of supporters feel disgruntled at present for a variety of reasons. How will the board restore confidence in themselves and the club, what steps will the board take to instill some pride amongst the fanbase again, after such a successful season last season, and such a disappointing one this term? I have filled in the form
My booklet has arrived. I doubt it will get used though as I would be spending cash on something I never buy in the ground to get something "free". The quality of the booklet of vouchers is better than the actual vouchers by a mile.
I think when the games are on the red button it’s decided by Sky. They like to have an even spread over the 2 nights.
I’ve used the form. But basically do they have confidence in Poya, did they really expect a 36 year old foreign coach with no experience of English football to come in and work miracles
