    It could but would have to be shown in the accounts, it doesn’t.

    The 80% owners have missed payments and delayed making these before making the payment from the club on behalf of BFC investments.

    I’d agree, but given the likelihood of getting a response at the moment, I’d also be tempted to approach the Crynes.

    While they may also not want to go into details of the court case, they can be asked various things such as; did they agree to the 750k coming out of the club, what is their current role in decisions and recruitment (is the ‘spreadsheet’ still in use and was it used in the summer), what is the covenant on oakwell going to stop the football club from doing (E.g. building something that would bring in non-match day revenue), did they know Dane Murphy was about to leave the club in the summer, and can they see a scenario where the various owners can work together positively to progress the club?

    I don't think we'll hear anything until the court case is over.

    When the West Stand closure was first announced we reached out to the council, the club, and various other associations in those first few hours. Even more people when the rumours about leaving Oakwell came out - which included the Cryne Family through a third party.

    @Sheriff consistently refers to £6 million being reduced to £3.5 million. The debate has always been around this liability. You're the only one I have ever heard reference £4 million being reduced to £3.5 million and that's only in the last couple of days. I'm not saying you're incorrect, just that this isn't the figure that's been discussed.
