Well tbh if you read my comments about spewing hatred it doesn’t mention you at all . The club had been up for sale to genuine bidders all Patrick’s tenure and non came forward . I don’t think running the football club into the ground imo serves their interest especially if they want to recoup their investment . They need a kick up the butt and a realignment of their strategy but to think of they walk out we’ll be ok is not a risk I think we should take .
You actually replied to me & mentioned spewing out hatred , have I misunderstood your comment ? if I have I am puzzled why you have mentioned it to me , regarding Patrick I agree with you but surely a business group of this stature will have far more contacts & sources to drive a sale , they are clearly not interested in driving the club forward otherwise they would have invested in the team after lasts years achievements instead of just allowing it to go downhill , there was a golden opportunity to kick on but all they have done is allow things to deteriorate both on & off the pitch & drive a wedge between themselves & the fans .
I was replying to you and mentioned SOME were spewing hatred if I’d meant you I’d have said you . As I said I don’t think they are driving us into the ground , why someone would buy a business to deliberately drive it into the ground and lose their investment with no possible avenue to recoup their investment is insane imo . Now if they’d hit the ground and land that would be different .I think they’ve made terrible mistakes and not learned from them and as I’ve said we need a reset from owners and fans because their ain’t imo anybody out their on a white horse with the funds with credible assets and wherewithal to buy us . SOME FANS! Are abusing some of the ownership and that imo is not helping the situation one iota . I’m sure fans can get the point over without the abuse that SOME are spewing .
If you start a business you have to put money in to it to make it work, something this lot don't understand. They are supposedly billionaires, a little bit of money invested in us wouldn't hurt, instead of running us like Glen hoddles academy. Speculate to accumulate, not just accumulate.
"They" didn't say anything about the level of their wealth, did they? Media got the wrong Neerav Parekh so I honestly wouldn't trust them to get a good estimate of their wealth.
People need to forget the billionaire tag its irrelevant there not here to bankroll us to the premiership (not that im asking them to) there here for a investment without parting with any of there money.
They never said they were going to put money in to the club and that we would be run sustainably. Ignoring the £750k for just one second, if they did invest then it would be a loan just like it was under Patrick Cryne. He eventually got paid back at the time of selling the club, but what if these owners wanted paying back sooner? What if they do that loan with a high interest payment plan or return? Demand they spend some money by all means. But also admit that you're prepared to allow the club to run at a loss or be in debt to the owners. I want neither of those things - I just want us to put the money back in that we're owed and to use our transfer budget more wisely. It's not like they don't invest. It's just invested in the wrong area/players/coaches.
