It answers my question perfectly. Thanks for typing that out. I know better times are ahead, I just pray we can get through this dark period quickly and (relatively) unscathed, but most of all I hope we can get through this united.
Sounds like it's grim viewing close at hand too. Keep at it YT. It's important that people like you are at the club. Side note - hope Hammill is doing well!
Thanks for the feedback YT. I'll be renewing my season ticket, I'll request that my payment is ring-fenced to go towards your salary.
exactly! be better off having a go at that soft chuff who posts them 'majority report' things!....oh err hang on, just need to check something
Thanks Whitey. It's heartwarming that there are ex players who hold the club dear. It would be nice if all that collective experience and affection could be harnessed into the running of the club. People with a genuine affinity for BFC and a knowledge of what it stands for and the english game it exists within. Things will get better but it seems like a very long corner we're going to have to turn.
Goodness! That's very much appreciated. I'd like to book an advance copy of your book if that's okay.
Thank you for your comments, Andy. Can I please place on record my thanks and appreciation to you, other members of your team and the office staff at Barnsley Football Club? There is no way whatsoever that any of you are to blame at all for the current mess the club is in.
Seconded. And probably thirded, fourthed and fifthed up to whatever number of people are online to read it.
Regarding the tunnel, at the end are we looking at broad sunlit uplands or Rainbow Bridge? Keep up the great work and stay happy, if possible !
Imagine if we were in Liverpool and they were in our situation....when somebody pipes up and says cheer up lads there's light at the end of the tunnel....doesn't fill you with confidence knowing the light is possibly Birkenhead.....taxi ....
At the risk of sounding like a Demigod arselicker (or something), as I have said on many occasions I really appreciate the work that you do - you go above and beyond in my experience - as a club employee and as a human being. Thank you mate. And as you say, things will get better and there is always hope.
