Certain people will be happy that the divide between the fans and the club is growing and festering.
    End game nearly complete.
Sorry for keep saying this ... no I'm not.

How do you believe a wedge between the club and fans helps anyone? What do you believe the end game is? What benefit is there to anyone from what you're suggesting?

Happy is maybe not the right word, more like satisfied ... aim achieved.
The ones who are "in charge" burrowing away to divide opinion, to undermine the club and create unrest.
My opinion only but I'll stick with it, daft as it may sound.

If this were true it needs the other party to come out and say it is so.

Right now wirh the games they are playing (if they are) - nobody wins.

Doesn’t make any sense. Success is ultimately what will make them a profit. They’ve had an absolute disaster of a summer with regards losing staff and recruiting new ones (coaching and playing staff at least)
I think you’re into conspiracy theory territory to suggest its part of some grand plan. Incompetence is the more obvious reason.

Yes I am into the conspiracy theory thing. I just have that nagging feeling about it all, incompetence leading to blaming someone else whilst people around them suffer the consequences.
The sort of thing like when the wife runs out of excuses and turns it into a "Well YOU said ..." argument.
The staff that left probably did so out of sheer frustration and the poor sods that came in didn't know any better.

If they owned the ground I could see some logic in the stance taken by @Mr Badger but they dont
Driving away fans just reduces the value of the football club itself which is just devaluing the asset they own - why would they do that

In the good old days; conspiracy theories were formed to explain the inexplicable, but crucially, at least they had a plausible ‘explanation’ at their heart.

Nowadays; it’s just any old boll ox. It doesn’t have to make sense, all it needs is a ‘feeling’ that someone has been badly done to.

I’m not defending the owners; they’re clearly incompetent and bulls hitters. But whether they’re worth billions or bugger all, it makes zero sense to buy a business and purposely make it worth less, or create division between the business and its punters.

I think my favourite conspiracy theory I read on here is that the population of the earth is a lie and it's actually less than 1 billion.

The real truth is we have some spreadsheet fundamentalists that have little idea of football & have zero funds for investment.

Basically they are bringing nothing to the table & making some terrible decisions.

The more they **** up, the less likely anyone is to invest in us.
