Woodman, Phillips, Cantwell, Dembele and Moore. As well as trying to unsettle Rothwell at Blackburn. There’s an air of desperation about it. Can understand them signing Phillips and Cantwell. But did they really need to sign two forwards?

A half decent side would have turned them over when they played us. They're in a really sticky patch at the minute, only 3 wins in 11 (including us) - It does seem like just throwing money at it to make it go away. I do think they are good signings for this league though, apart from maybe Dembele. bit of a weird one to me that one

Is this true? I can't honestly see that. Scenario being, he joins newcastle on loan, plays a blinder, keeps them up. Newcastle spend X amount of money on him, and hes on mega wages. Not to mention Bournemouth arent currently pulling up any trees. The only way in which I see Cantwell picking Bournemouth over Newcastle is because Norwich didn't want him going to a direct relegation rival

I think they do spend a lot, wasn't it £15m for Karlan Grant? I think my point is, they're not sailing close to the wind, in the same way Bournemouth are if they don't go up.
As I said, 'apparently'. Just something I read yesterday, I'm not claiming to be Todd Cantwell's cousin or anything I suspect you are right, it's more likely that Norwich didn't want him to go to a relegation rival.
