Couldn’t tell if onside or not from red button. Dreadful second half from us. Cardiff we’re terrible and we still didn’t create anything clear cut just a few half chances til the iseka disallowed goal. Thought we deserved a point but a very poor game. If we can’t beat Cardiff, there is no hope.
If it was a boxing match it would have been stopped before Christmas…. If it was a MMA fight… they’d stop it now.. we’re f’d
he wasn't in an offside position, and the ball also came through off their defender. linesman got it wrong twice. awful decision.
Onside, deserved at least a point. Positives today but when youre down at the bottom you dont get any luck. That being said another loss and another game with out a goal from us. I love laumann btw at last some passion on the touchline. Ref had a decent game a few soft decisions. Linesman obviously got the offside drastically wrong but a point wouldnt make much difference.
No mate. Where was that urgency for other 45 mins of second half? Totally self storage inflicted. I'll take a step into the BBS oblivion and say we were making all same errors and were just as 5hit in front of goal last season too. It's just last season other teams missed their chances and we created more.
Because we lost to one of the worst teams in the league. At home. With yet another defensive howler and another game without scoring or looking like scoring (Iseka chance aside) Nowhere near good enough and those in charge have to take the blame 100%
Could it be because, despite the lovely passing around in the middle and attempts to stay out of the Cardiff box, it's the same soul-destroying story as usual? Which has come about as a result of neglect, apathy and no will to succeed at all levels within the playing and board sides of the club?
I think as soon as quina tired and was subbed we lost the option to play from midfield. Some positives as i say mate but too little too late. Not a fan of Poya either I wouldnt fancy him in League 1 either. Not sure who else would want to come to us at the minute either.
I've liked your post but I won't blame the Head Coach when my head is already down and I think he's fighting a lost cause. If he's still head coach in League 1 I might buy a season ticket.
I guess it was more that we knew most of those things and tonight was disappointing but I’m surprised this was the straw that broken the camels back. Not that I would necessarily blame you.
I’m with you. Maybe it’s the fact I’m designated to relegation but I thought there were things about the last two performances (as much as Cardiff are terrible bottom feeder’s Bournemouth objectively aren’t) we’ve put in at least decent performances which give me a glimmer of hope for next year!
I think for me it's the quality of opposition tonight as well. Cardiff were absolute garbage, no clean sheets in 25 (yes, 25) games, there for the taking and a shadow of the team that best Forest a few days ago. We created nothing until injury time. I could take conceding a poor goal if we did anything of note at the other end. We didn't, again. I can only think there hasn't been more protests from fans because we've all totally lost hope.
