    I doubt there's a judge in the country that would allow a case to be brought against anyone other than the real defendant.
    Then again, football does seem to operate in a completely different reality, so who knows...

    This shouldn't be a matter that can be settled with just money though, it just encourages clubs top keep trying it on, Derby have prove that you can battle back against points deductions which is no consolation to the clubs that have suffered from their cheating!

    I am seriously fed up of constantly reading from the media of the love in and sympathy towards Derby County.
