The thought of Colin taking over is appealing however the thought of him bringing his little puppy Blackwell is less so.
I don't know either H. It looks like.. Shooting is under rated. Hence we don't get corners. Passing and Possession are also under rated. We give the ball back too easily, and conversely it's too easy for the opposition to pass their way through us. Some people said last season Val played anti-football. Well this season is anti-football to me. I seriously can't work it out. It's like were deliberately trying to do the opposite of what is required. I'm genuinely going mad watching us.
This surely is the wind up of the weekend. He has backing of all the players? Maybe, just maybe they're getting an easy ride in training because we're always blowing out of our arrses after 70 minutes. They have tactical clarity? Care to expand on that one 'cos I'm blowed if I can see it. League record to date, played 10, won none, drawn 3, lost 7, scored 4, conceded 14. Only 2 goals scored in last 6 league games. Playing players out of position Players who play well get dropped for next game Would you respectfully tell us what it is you can actually see that he is trying to do
Here’s a thought if Poya doesn’t agree with the direction from above - but has been trying to make things work - to keep his employers happy and as such keep his job (because let’s face it we all have to do that to get paid to a certain extent)- which clearly isn’t working on the pitch - why not think for personal pride if nothing else - stuff the board play how he wants to - and dare the board to sack him - it would get my respect because his poor performance so far doesn’t seem to be getting him the chop
Can't see the board getting rid of Poya as that would mean they admitted to making a ball_ _ks of managerial(, sorry head coach) choice twice in a season. Plus their is no chance of Neil Warnock coming to Barnsley as he would want to do things his way not the boards way.
People seem to forget that should Warnock somehow get the job his trusty sidekick, the odious Kevin Blackwell, comes too. Anyone that remembers his behaviour when at Sheffield United, especially the terrible Morgan/Hume incident, would surely never tolerate such a character in our dugout. I know I wouldn’t.
https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport...blackwell-middlesbrough-neil-warnock-22104298 Just a few months back he spoke very highly of Warnock. Imagine them two in our dug out and keeping us up...Flipping heck Blackhead would be a bit of a tarn hero...
I can't. Genuinely, I have no idea what he's trying to do. Give me the team sheet before any game starts and I will have no idea the formation or the position of most of the players. In the second half yesterday we went with 5 central midfielders. We play a different formation every week and never return to it again. It looks like chaos to me.
Wouldn’t be arsed tbh, he along with Warnock would instill some fight into the team! That’s all I want!
It says in his final season at Gothenburg he did the same thing. Played a different formation every week. It means he's panicing and hasn't a clue how to alter a significant slide then or now.
Styles up front yesterday ?. I couldn't work it out. Criminal to play Halme ahead of Helik, easily our best defender ,especially when Halme gave the ball away for their goal. I can't recall a shot on target I did walk out on 90 minutes though
Neil Warnock....lol.. Ladies and Gentlemen... A little reminder Its coming up to, renewal season ticket time
