    Brilliant. Personally speaking, I’m not in the FB group because I don’t agree with their agenda. I’m not in the FB group because Facebook groups tend to be one big primordial soup. $hit like this just reinforces that.

    It seems I’ve found the hill I’m prepared to die on.
    There is no 80% 20%, the club is 100% owed by a single consortium.
    The previous owner holds a 20% stake in the consortium.
    There’s an outstanding amount due to the previous owners.
    And the ground is owned 50:50 by the previous owners and the council.

    Tbh I don't really see much point in fanning the flames repeating stuff on here which they then read and talk about. It just becomes very school playground! Lets just put the facts on, so if anyone wants to join in the protests they can

    Just to point out that the post referred to isn't from any of the admins on the FB group and, as far as I can see, hasn't been liked or responded to by any of them.

    It's just a post from one of the members, so is as representative of that group as one of Young Nudger's posts would have been of this one, back in the day.

    A few of the replies are calling it out as nonsense too.

    If random people want to obsess about the BBS or BFCST on there then they're doing so to a membership that includes many BBS posters and/or BFCST members. At the end of the day, it's a waste of keystrokes on their part.

    I have no axe to grind and I'm not on anybody's side or in anybody's gang.

    Seems to me That Nettleton guy and someone called Reavill are using it is an anti BBS/ST vehicle. That’s a couple of replies ( including to myself) whereby Nettleton has ended his reply with ‘ maybe this page isn’t for you then) comes across quite condescending, I agree these 2 are not the voice of the FB page but they know how easy it is to whip up some support.

    Supposed to be some form of protest for the QPR game and then a date set for all the PMG groups to protest ( bar Oostende)

    I think there are good people on both the facebook site and here. The problem lies with the vocal minority who wish to create division.

    Now is not the time for the fans to be in-fighting, now is the time for fans to come together and show the owners (peacefully) that their approach to running our football club is not acceptable to the people of Barnsley.
