Mobile phone networks......

    Been with EE for about 12 years can't fault their network coverage, but their customer service is non existent and tbh, they are pretty expensive compared to many other deals out there.
    Both our phones are eligible for upgrade, EE have today shot themselves in both feet making what should have been an easy task, take 4x as long as it should have done with no satisfactory outcome.
    I live in a rural area and the 02 signal is crap so that rules them out.
    So other options are Vodafone and 3.
    3 do have some great prices so what's your experience of them, particularly signal quality?

    I’m with sky got 5 contracts with them can’t fault there service and any unused data gets saved up unlike all the other providers

    I've been with Vodafone for about 10 years and never had an issue.

    My wife on the other hand was with Vodafone for just a year and hated every second of it.

    Make of that what you will...

    Skymobile are brilliant … I used Vodafone for many years but their customer service was appalling.

    I am fairly certain, however, that Skymobile use the O2 network which won’t help you maybe.
    Check it.

    Have a look at Tesco mobile pal,I've never had a problem and pretty cheap too :)

    Been with Tesco for close to 5 years now, me being tight and that. Never had a single minutes issue. Suberb. £10 a month.
    I do believe they might use the underlying o2 network though.

    I genuinely don't know anyone who uses their mobile phone as a phone and for whom signal quality would make any difference.

    I agree, been with Tesco a while now, no problems whatsoever, great deals on all the time, well worth a look.

    I found the 3 customer service poor, as well their network coverage isn't great.

    I've been with Vodafone for over 3 years and it's reasonable rates and good customer service

    Been with 02 since they started - never had an issue. Get odd perk from them like Disney + and just got six months free Amazon music. There's a points app as well where you get money off your bill when you spend in certain shops

    I came off them and moved back to EE. It seemed there were always problems, and whilst it used the EE network, you aren't dealing with EE if you have a problem.
